The Maidstone management team

Tanya Alexander
I have been working with Townsend Montessori Nurseries since May 2014. I supported the opening of the Maidstone branch as Deputy Manager and worked my way up to the position of Area Manager, supporting the Maidstone, Faversham, Whitstable and Forest Hill nurseries. At 16, I completed a placement at a special educational needs school in Maidstone, and childcare became my passion straight away. I've completed several courses and gained a lot of experience over the last 14 years. Becoming a mum to my little boy and now my little girl has given me new understanding of what parents are looking for in a nursery. After having my little girl, I decided to return as Manager at Maidstone. Townsend Montessori has enabled me to grow within my role and shares my passion in ensuring childcare is to a high standard in order to support children to develop and grow confidently to the best of their ability.

Sasha Anderson
I have been working at the Maidstone nursery since March 2015. I started as a nursery nurse in the Pre-school Room and gradually worked my way up to Room Supervisor/Third in Charge, Deputy Manager and now Assistant Manager. The company has been really supportive and given me so many opportunities to develop my skills. I have really enjoyed helping the children to develop and grow and to be strong and independent. I also enjoy supporting all the staff so that they can have the same opportunities that I have been given.
