European families need to act now to secure their rights in the UK after Brexit
All European nationals – including their children born in the UK or abroad – and the non-EU family members of EU nationals need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme before 30 June 2021 as they don’t have automatic rights to continue living in the UK beyond this date.
They are urged to apply in order to secure their right to live, work, study and receive
